Many local property management companies charge management fees while vacant, lease renewal fees and even mark up maintenance costs. Our fee structure is simple, we will only charge a tenant placement fee and a monthly management fee. Our fee includes a 7 step tenant screening process, online tenant payment by check or credit card, monthly detailed statements to our our owners and management of your maintenance issues. How much does West Palm Beach Property Management cost?
Many companies offer their services via piece meal or ala cart. At My Area Realty we offer a full service management solution for a small monthly fee and a tenant placement fee. If you already have a tenant then you will only be charged the monthly fee. We do not have the following charges: Fees while vacant, mark up on maintenance, Sign up Fee or a monthly reserve. We feel that we can offer this low cost approach while offering great service due to our stream line process and excellent tenant screening.
