Many local property management companies charge management fees while vacant, lease renewal fees and even mark up maintenance costs. Our fee structure is simple, we will only charge a tenant placement fee and a monthly management fee. Our fee includes a 7 step tenant screening process, online tenant payment by check or credit card, monthly detailed statements to our our owners and management of your maintenance issues. If you already have a tenant then you will only be charged the monthly fee. We do not have the following charges: Fees while vacant, mark up on maintenance, Sign up Fee or a monthly reserve. We feel that we can offer this low cost approach while offering great service due to our stream line process and excellent tenant screening.
