What happens if I post a 3 day notice on a weekend or holiday in Florida?

If I post a 3 day notice on the weekend what day can I go to the courthouse to file a suit for eviction?
We manage properties for local single family home owners transitioning out of town, multifamily apartment owners and foreign real estate investors.
