Florida's Property Management

I received a call from the police early in the morning wanting to know if they can get attic access from one unit to another in an apartment complex. The call was early in the morning and I was unable to pick up the phone. Feeling worried i went to the property to see what was going on. Upon arrival it was easy to see the affected unit. Apparently the swat team busted a few windows and smoked out the tenants and extracted them ASAP busting out through a fence.

Anyways what is my recourse at this point? There is one (unapproved) tenant that wont leave?
